1. Parties
This agreement is between UltraMail (the service provider) and the customer who orders corporate email, domain, hosting or related services through the UltraMail website or client area.
2. Subject
UltraMail provides spam-protected corporate email hosting, domain registration/transfer, optional setup, backup and related technical services as described on product pages and order confirmations.
3. Responsibilities
You must keep account and mailbox credentials secure, comply with anti-spam rules, and are solely responsible for content sent or stored via your services. Domain WHOIS accuracy and transfer authorisation codes are your responsibility.
4. Term
Services run for the selected billing period and renew automatically unless cancelled according to our cancellation policy.
5. Fees
Prices are shown excluding VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices must be paid by the due date.
6. Suspension
Services may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, security incidents or legal requirements after reasonable notice where applicable.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate according to the cancellation and refund policy. UltraMail may terminate immediately for serious abuse or illegal activity.

9. Default
Late payment may incur suspension, service fees and collection costs as permitted by law.
10. Prohibited activities
Spam, phishing, hacking, malware distribution and resource abuse are strictly forbidden.
11. Validity
If any clause is invalid, the remainder stays in effect. UltraMail may update these terms with notice.
12. Jurisdiction
Istanbul courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction for disputes arising from this agreement.
