1. Scope
This policy applies to all UltraMail corporate email, domain and hosting services. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
2. Fair email use
Services are intended for normal business correspondence. Bulk or automated sending must comply with anti-spam laws and reasonable volume limits.
3. Prohibited content & activity
Spam, phishing, malware, illegal content, resource abuse and crypto mining on shared infrastructure are forbidden.
4. Backups
You are primarily responsible for backing up your mailboxes and data. See our Backup Agreement.
5. Enforcement
Violations may result in throttling, suspension or termination. Contact: destek@ultramail.com.
