Cancellation & Refund Policy

How to cancel UltraMail services and when refunds apply.

1. 7-day money-back

New email packages may be refunded within 7 days if not heavily used. Domain registration/renewal/transfer and one-time setup fees are excluded.

2. After 7 days

Prorated account credit may be issued instead of cash refund. No refund for completed domain operations.

3. How to cancel

Via client area or support ticket at destek@ultramail.com.tr.

4. Chargebacks

Abusive chargebacks may lead to immediate suspension and collection action.
