1. Customer responsibility

You are primarily responsible for backing up mailboxes, contacts and critical business data.

2. System backups

UltraMail may perform internal system backups in good faith, but these are not guaranteed and must not be relied upon as your only backup.

3. Mail Backup service

Paid Mail Backup is a separate service with its own terms. See Mail Backup.

4. Suspended / unpaid accounts

Data on suspended or terminated accounts may be deleted after the grace period stated in our policies.
